swnorfolk: My name is Jacqueline. Some people call me Jackie. Some people call me Jack. I was molested when I was 7, for about a year, by a man I knew as my father. Seven is my best estimate of my age because I dont remember most of my childhood because of this. I did everything to repress the memory of what happened to me. And now I’ve decided to TAKE A STAND. I am STANDING AGAINST Rape. I am STANDING AGAINST Assault. I am STANDING AGAINST Bullying. I am STANDING AGAINST all those times I hated how I looked and was too afraid to dress sexy because I didnt want to attract attention. I am STANDING AGAINST Fear. I am STANDING AGAINST Stereotypes. I am STANDING AGAINST Survivor-blaming. I am STANDING AGAINST the idea that what you wear should somehow make you a target of an assault. I am STANDING FOR anyone who has ever been attacked, harassed, or bullied. I am STANDING FOR those who are too afriad or not ready to stand for themselves. I am STANDING FOR Survivors every where.Please take a STAND WITH ME.
